AbdrakhmanovaAigulOrtayevna, graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Institute in 1981 with a degree in General Medicine, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, expert of the National Accreditation Center of the Ministry of Education and Science, member of the IAAR Expert Council, member of the Ethics Committee of the National Medical Association. She was awarded with an award pin "Altyndarіger (Excellence in medical services)".

After graduation she worked as a doctor ordinator of Maternity Hospital No. 1 in Shakhtinsk city, then as a laboratory assistant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Karaganda Medical Institute. In 1986 she entered clinical residency course in dermatology and venereology, after which she remained at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at KSMI as an assistant to the department.
She devoted more than 20 years to the work in the education system.

  • From 1994 to 2001 - Associate Professor, head of department of dermato-venereology. From 2001 to 2005 she worked as an associate professor of the department of mine aerology and labor safety of Karaganda State Technical University. From 1999 to 2005 - part-time associate professor of the Department of Pedagogical Correction and Social Adaptation of the Russian-Kazakh University.From 2005 to 2006 - Associate Professor of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education and Continuous Professional Development at KSMA.
  • From 1994 to 1997 she served as a freelance consultant at the Diagnostic Center in Karaganda city.
  • In 2006, by invitation, she headed a scientific work in the hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan; was the organizer and responsible performing officer of the state order of the Ministry of Health on the implementation of the scientific and technical program "Peculiarities of Socially Significant Diseases among Civil Servants".
  • Since 2009 - the Scientific Secretary, since 2010 - Head of the Department of Education, Science and Innovative Technologies of JSC "Republican Children's Rehabilitation Center".
  • 2012-2013. Deputy Director of the Center for Medical Education and Innovative Technologies of the Karaganda State Medical University.
  • Since April 2013 she has been working in the Republican Center for Health Development as the chief expert.

In 1994 she defended the thesis "Features of immunograms in various forms of psoriasis" for the degree of candidate of medical sciences (Ph.D. in medicine) (GC No. 0001474). In 1998, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (DC No. 0002882).
A. Abdrakhmanova is the author of more than 150 scientific papers, including 5 textbooks, 5 teaching aids, an e-version of the "Kingdom of Mushrooms" course.
